Who is responsible

Antifragile Athlete, operated by William and Danel Ainslie in Johannesburg, South Africa, uses this audit to provide your capability breakdown. Contact the team through antifragileathlete.com for privacy enquiries, access, corrections or deletion. Include “Capability Audit privacy” in your enquiry. Identity may need to be confirmed before records are disclosed or changed.

What we collect and why

We collect your first name, email, 25 questionnaire answers, calculated scores, date of submission, the version of this notice, your consent choices and campaign labels in the link you used. Some answers concern pain or physical limitations and may reveal health information. We use these details to save and present your results and, only when requested, provide an individual review and relevant coaching contact.

This is voluntary. If you do not agree to this processing, do not submit the form. Email is required to unlock the saved breakdown. We do not ask for diagnoses, medication, date of birth, bodyweight or photographs. The audit is for adults only.

Newsletters and contact

Newsletter consent and individual follow-up consent are separate, optional and unchecked by default. You can receive your on-screen results without either. We will not treat completion of the audit as permission to send marketing. You can withdraw consent through the contact route above or the unsubscribe link in any newsletter you receive.

Results are shown on screen. Automatic email delivery and email ownership verification are not currently enabled. Your email is recorded as unverified. If you opt into newsletters, your first name, email and consent-related tags are synced to Systeme.io. The integration does not start an email campaign or send an automatic email.

Where information goes

The site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare database infrastructure to store submissions. These providers may process information outside South Africa. Authorised Antifragile Athlete staff can access records through a protected dashboard. Newsletter opt-ins are transferred to Systeme.io as first name, email and newsletter-consent tags, with a review-request tag only when you selected both options. Review-only requests remain in this audit. Audit answers, scores and pain flags are not transferred. Detailed health-related answers are also excluded from the newsletter CSV export. We do not sell your information.

Protection and retention

Submissions are sent over HTTPS. Access to the lead dashboard is restricted to the designated owner. Request checks and rate limits reduce automated submissions; email format checks do not prove that an address belongs to the visitor.

Audit records are retained for up to 90 days of active service: expired records are removed on the next submission or dashboard access and are not returned by the dashboard. Separately exported contact lists must be managed by Antifragile Athlete. Newsletter records may remain in the email platform while consent remains active, with limited suppression information retained to honour opt-outs.

Short-lived, keyed hashes of network addresses are used for rate limiting. Raw network addresses are not stored by this application. Hosting providers may maintain security logs under their own policies. No advertising pixels are installed. Answers stay in page memory until submitted; closing or reloading an unfinished audit clears them.

Your results and choices

The score is calculated from your answers using fixed questionnaire rules. It is not a diagnosis, validated clinical assessment, risk prediction or comparison with population norms. It does not determine your eligibility for services. You can ask the team to explain or review it.

You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. You may also raise a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator.
